Terms of Service

Strong Shield Cleaning JF provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Treasure Coast, FL and Columbus, OH areas, including but not limited to: regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and commercial cleaning.

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Service appointments are confirmed upon receipt of your booking request and our written or verbal confirmation. We will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time; however, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to factors beyond our control.

Please ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather, staff illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit card, debit card, Zelle, Venmo, check, and cash. Invoices will be sent to your email or phone after service completion.

Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee. Accounts with outstanding balances may be subject to late fees and collection action.

To ensure the best cleaning results, clients are responsible for:

• Securing or removing fragile, irreplaceable, or high-value items before service
• Securing pets in a safe area during the cleaning
• Providing access to water, electricity, and necessary utilities
• Notifying us of any special instructions, allergies, or product sensitivities
• Ensuring the property is reasonably accessible and safe for our team

Strong Shield Cleaning JF is fully insured. If damage occurs as a result of our negligence, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate and address valid claims promptly.

We are not liable for damage to items that were improperly secured, pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items of extraordinary value not disclosed prior to service.

We take pride in our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

By booking our services, you authorize Strong Shield Cleaning JF and its employees to enter your property for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon cleaning services. Our team will treat your home with the utmost respect and professionalism.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strong Shield Cleaning JF's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
